Box Pacific Terms and Conditions (English)
Article 1: Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Box Pacific (“we”, “us”, “our”) official website, mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”), and the shared space services (“Rooms”) we provide.
1.2 By registering an account on the Platform, making a booking, making a payment, or entering our premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept all contents of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please cease using our Platform and services immediately.
Article 2: Account and Registration
2.1 To make a booking, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information.
2.2 You are fully responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your password secure. Any operation conducted through your account will be deemed as an act performed by you.
Article 3: Booking, Payment, and Pricing
3.1 Bookings must be made via the Platform or in-store. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment through our designated payment methods at the time of booking.
3.2 All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the price quoted at the time of booking.
3.3 Overtime Fee: If you fail to vacate the Room after your booked session ends, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee per 1-hour block, at the rate displayed on-site.
Article 4: Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 User Cancellation:
– Cancellation after booking confirmation will not be eligible for a full refund.
4.2 No-Show: Failure to arrive after the booked session starts will be deemed a no-show. The booking will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
4.3 Cancellation by Us: If we are unable to provide services due to equipment failure, emergency maintenance, or force majeure events, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or reschedule your booking.
Article 5: Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities
You agree and guarantee that your visitors will also comply with the following rules:
5.1 Capacity and Time: Strictly adhere to the maximum capacity (6 persons) per Room and the booked session duration.
5.2 Prohibited Activities. Violations may result in immediate service termination without refund, and we may pursue legal action:
– Engage in any illegal activities or infringe upon the rights of others.
– Smoke, vape, consume, or carry illegal drugs.
– Engage in gambling activities.
– Intentionally damage, steal, or misuse our property or equipment (you will be liable for full compensation).
– Create excessive noise, engage in harassing, violent, or threatening behavior.
– Conduct indecent, pornographic, or activities contrary to public order and morals.
– Carry weapons, flammable, explosive, or other hazardous materials.
– Conduct unauthorized commercial activities (e.g., solicitation, multi-level marketing).
Article 6: Equipment and Facilities
6.1 You shall use all equipment within the Room in a reasonable manner. Any malfunction or damage must be reported to our staff immediately.
6.2 We reserve the right to seek compensation from you for the cost of repairs or replacement resulting from misuse or improper use of equipment by you or your visitors.
Article 7: Food, Beverages, and Hygiene
7.1 Please keep the Room clean. Dispose of all trash in designated bins after use. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee if your use necessitates extra cleaning.
Article 8: Privacy and Monitoring
8.1 We handle your personal data in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and our Privacy Policy.
8.2 For security purposes, public areas of our premises are under 24-hour CCTV surveillance. We solemnly declare that no form of video or audio recording is conducted inside the private Rooms.
Article 9: Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Box Pacific and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use or inability to use our services. All services are provided on an “as is” basis.
Article 10: Personal Belongings
You are solely responsible for your personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in the Rooms or anywhere on the premises.
Article 11: Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.
Article 12: Modifications to Terms
Box Pacific reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Platform without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 13: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation, application, and any disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
